On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building located at Makarios III Avenue, Limassol, Cyprus. The building named “IDEAL BUILDING” is 200 meters away from the seaside. Located in the most prosperous commercial street of Limassol, the building has a superior and convenient location. However, the exterior of which is somewhat old.  

To complete this on-site visit, the survey team entered the building but failed to see the logo of Dualix. However, they found the logo of Maxigrid at the office door. Later, the team was learned from the staff in the office that Dualix is the domain name of Maxigrid. The broker occupies the entire third and fourth floors for operation. In addition, there are approximately 40 employees on duty.    

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the survey team’s site visit that Dualix’s office indeed is located at the regulatory address. However, the office bears the logo of Maxigrid. In the end, the team learned that Dualix is the domain name of Maxigrid that refers to the same company. The office scale is quite large with approximately 40 employees on duty. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
