Inspection Reason
Recently, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team to expose more Australia licensed brokers whose actual addresses are inconsistent with that recorded by the regulatory authority. Upon the investors’ request, the inspection personnel decided to visit the Australia licensed broker Monex Securities to get more first-hand information.
Office
According to the regulation information, the address of the Australian licensed company Monex Securities is: The Bond' Level 2, 36 Hickson Road, Sydney NSW 2000. The inspection personnel went to the place.
The inspection personnel easily found the building which was undergoing decoration as guided by the regulation information.
Unexpectedly, the inspection personnel found a notice on the outside, and learned from it that Monex Securities did have an office at Level 2.

Entering the building, the inspection personnel immediately caught sight of a beautiful Christmas tree and a row of mailboxes. The inspection peronnel walked to Level 2 but didn’t find the broker’s office. To make sure whether the broker has an office in this building, the inspection personnel queried the receptionist and was told the broker has moved away.
Conclusion
It is confirmed after the inspection personnel’s field survey that the real address of the licensed broker Monex Securities’s office in Australia is not consistent with the regulation address. Though the broker has a full license (RN: 363972) issued by ASIC, investors are advised to pay attention to any changes in the regulation information about the broker to avoid money lose as the inspection personnel has no first-hand information about the broker for the broker has moved away. The inspection personnel will go to the new address of the broker at some other time, and by that time there will be more first-hand information about the broker.
