The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building named  Mappin House at 4 Winsley Street, London, UK. The building, located in a relatively quiet alley, seems a bit old.

At the entrance, there is no logo or other information of Finotec on the directory of building. The team found that four of the building's five floors were for rent, and many companies were moved because of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the front desk there was an old man who seemed to be a security guard. The team asked him if Finotec worked in the building, and the man said no.

Conclusion

The team confirmed after the on-the-spot visit that there is no office of Finotec at the address mentioned in the regulatory information, which means the regulatory information is not true. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
