According to regulatory information, Admiralmarkets’s office in UK is at 16 St Clare Street, London, United Kingdom. WikiFX paid a site visit to this place.
The surveyors came to St Clare Street near Aldgate East and found office building 16 without difficulty. The building seemed to be located within a Middle-Easterners community, with the surroundings appearing a little messy.
Pursuant to a directory sign, the surveyors found Admiralmarkets on the first floor underground of the office building.
The surveyors were just about to go upstairs to visit its office when they discovered the advanced access control system which held back their journey for more closer discoveries.
The Germany BaFin license (122679) it holds pertains to non-forex category, hence the company engaging in forex brokerage/trading activities is suspected of abusing its authorization scope.
A field investigation by WikiFX confirmed the actual address of Admiralmarkets’ UK office is consistent with the regulatory address. According to the information WikiFX has, the company holds two full licenses from respectively the Australian ASIC and the UK FCA, and a direct licence issued by the Cyprus CySEC. However, this does not completely rule out the possibility of the company having had any or all of its licenses misappropriated/cloned from legitimate entity(-ies) or abusing the scope of its licenses.
