Survey Reason

Recently, the team received many phone calls from investors with the hope of more Cyprus licensed companies whose actual addresses were inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. To help investors make wiser investment decisions, the investigation staff decided to go to visit MaxFX’s Cyprus office address for the details.

To finish the investigation task as soon as possible, they entered into the building immediately. Checking the floor guide, they learned that it was TOPFX rather than MaxFX that set the office on the third floor.

They walked to the third floor and only to find one office room there. Mailboxes were here and there in the corridor, and there wasn’t any company signage. To make it clear whether MaxFX set its office there, they learned from the personnel of the front desk that MaxFX, which was previously one of TopFX’s brands, did not exist anymore. Actually, MaxFX and TopFX were the same company. Hence, they understood why there were two flags printed with TopFX’s logo.

Finishing the task, they went down upstairs tiredly and noticed two firefighting doors which were equipped with video devices for safety protection.

Summary

It has been attested by the investigation staff that the actual address of the Cyprus licensed company MaxFX is inconsistent with that declared by the supervision agency. The MM license(No.138/11) it holds issued by CySEC is suspiciously cloned. Considering the fact that the broker is not effectively regulated, investors shall be prudent before choosing it.
