Recently, many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet investors’ demand, the investigation team were going to visit SEAGULL in this episode for a closer look.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the company address of SEAGULL is Level 21, 264-278 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The office building indicated by the regulatory information was a renowned landmark in Sidney, so the investigators successfully found the relatively new building on the regulation information.

Then the survey personnel entered the building, took the elevator to the 21st floor and found a signboard, which did not include any information about SEAGULL. In order to ensure the survey was accurate, the investigation staff strolled around the floor and still did not find the office of SEAGULL.

Survey Conclusion

The unauthenticity of the Australia licensed broker SEAGULL's regulatory address was confirmed after the surveyor's inspection. The broker's AR license (RN：001274452) issued by ASIC has been cancelled and its general business registration license （RN：629766534）issued by ASIC has also been canceled, and the broker is currently under no valid regulation . Please keep cautious when choosing the broker.
