According to the regulatory information, the HK licensed broker Best Leader Precious Metal Limited was located at Room 2109-2111, International Ezchange Center, 33 Wang Chiu Rd, Long Kwun Tong. The surveyors visited the broker. 

According to the regulatory information, the surveyors came to Long Kwun Tong and found on a supporting beam the building number signage and knew from the signage that International Exchange Center was within walking distance.

The surveyors walked along Wang Chiu Road and saw beside the traffic lights a building signage on which appeared the building’s Chinese and English name. The grass green logo looked quite conspicuous on the white wall, so the surveyors found the Center easily.

The surveyors then entered International Exchange Center and arrived at 21F. Once getting out of the elevator, the surveyors saw the broker’s logo and the bright, simple and spacious reception area. The receptionist warmly opened the door and took the surveyors to look around the entire office.

The surveyors looked around the reception area at first. There existed properly arranged square desk, blue sofas, wooden flower shelf and two green plants, which made the reception area quite warm.

The medals and licenses in the reception area were more attractive to the surveyors than the big screen hanging on the wall and broadcasting the weather. 

The surveyors then walked to the shelf on the left side of the big screen, had a careful look and found there were several internal magazines of the broker arranged properly on the shelf. Agreed by the receptionist, the surveyors browsed the magazine with great interest. 

The receptionist was pleased to lead the surveyors to look around the office of market department after receiving the magazine. As was estimated, there were about 30 employees in this office. The surveyors noticed the office was well-equipped with telephone, computers, calendars and papers, etc. although its square was not large and its decoration was mediocre. There were many materials at the corner in the office with a screen hanging on the wall and broadcasting the broker’s introductory video. 

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the HK licensed broker BESTLEADER was the same with its licensed address. The broker had a AA license issued by CGSE and an ordinary financial license issued by ASIC.Discretion is advised with regard to investment.
