Recently, investors called the inspection team, expressing their hopes for the inspection teamexposing more Australian brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a direct look at Supertrader.

Company Building

Supertrader’s office address in the regulatory information is Suite 1208, 87-89 Liverpool ST Sydney NSW 2000. The investigators carried out a field survey to this licensed broker.

The survey personnel successfully found this old company building.

To further confirm whether Supertrader was in Room 1208, they took the elevator to the 12th floor. After walking around the entire floor, the investigators did not find the broker’s office or its logo.

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of this field survey, confirmed that Supertrader’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Though the broker holds a MM license (license number: 001233747) issued by Australia Securities & Investment Commission.
