WikiFX continued its field survey project as part of its efforts in checking out the authenticity within the forex brokerage industry. For this session, WikiFX goes to find out how the Japanese broker YUTAKA SHOJI is doing.
According to regulatory information, YUTAKA SHOJI’s office is located at Nihonbashi-Kakigaracho 1-16-12, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. WikiFX’s survey staff went to this place for a field investigation.
The surveyors walked into the building and, looking through the windows, they saw a beautiful view.
The surveyors found two directory signs and, after looking closely, did not find YUTAKA SHOJI’s name on any of them. Instead of “YUTAKA SHOJI” however, there was actually a company simply called “YUTAKA” among the lists, and it is in fact also one of our survey subjects - we have done a separate survey for it. As to whether theses two companies are one same entity, there is no clue. Yet let us just assume that they are not the same company.
According to the information WikiFX has, the company is not regulated by any reputable regulatory authorities.
The company is suspected of using a fraudulent FSA license (Number 6010001059649) which belongs to another entity.
The company is not using MT4/5 software.
A field investigation by WikiFX did not find YUTAKA SHOJI’s office. The company claims to be holding a Japan FSA license, yet its authenticity is questionable. Investors are advised to stay away from this broker in case of potential fraud/scam.
