Many FX dealers take obtaining FCA regulation for pride, and also hope to enter the country to develop market business. To help investors or practitioners have a more comprehensive understanding of the dealers in that country, the survey team is going to UK for site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the dealer Tyler Capital in London, UK, with the specific address at 4th Floor 15 St Botolph Street London EC3A 7DT UNITED KINGDOM.

According to the above address, the survey team came to the destination of this survey, an office building located at 15 St Botolph Street, London, UK. The building is close to the nearby subway station with convenient transportation. 

Due to the COVID-19, the doors of building were closed. Looking through the glass, the internal hall was spacious and luxurious. However, outside the building, the team failed to find the logo or any other information of Tyler Capital.  

Conclusion

The survey team went to London, UK, to visit the the dealer Tyler Capital and found no office at its regulatory address. Moreover, the dealer’s licence issued by the UK regulation has been canceled, which means its regulation information might be fake. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
