Inspection Reason

Investors hopes to have a further understanding of FX Corp. The surveyor went to Australia to conduct a field survey of the broker in order to provide more first-hand information to investors. 

Surroundings

The inspection team came to 95 PITT STREET. 

Office

The team came to the office building. Facing Pitt Street, it is the 13-storey, comparatively simple rectangular office building (designed 1961, construction started 1962, completed 1964) named Plaza Building. The Plaza Building was devised to be completed and generate rental income while the nearby round tower was being constructed.

The team got on the elevator and found FX Corp on Level 12. 

Reception

The team went to the front desk, which was spacious.

Conclusion

The inspection team came to FX Corp’s office and found that the broker was real existent. The office is of shared type. The team also had access to the company’s information from the computer at the reception desk.
