Inspection Reason

There are many calls from some investors hoping  to pay a site visit to BRT to learn intuitively about the UK broker. Therefore, The survey team began to inspect according to investors’ feedback. 

According to the regulatory information, the UK licensed company of BRT was located at level20 ,One Canada Square ,Canary Wharf ,London. The investigation team paid a site visit to the office.

The surveyors found an office building named Canada Square according to regulatory information and map. The surveyors were about to pay a site visit to the high-rise with simplified design.

The surveyors entered the elevator of the building and found that the 20th floor is invalid. As is shown, there is no 20th floor in the building. Therefore, it’s impossible for BRT to be located on the 20th floor.For the accuracy of investigation result, the surveyors then inquired the receptionist downstairs and were informed that BRT’s office doesn’t locate in the building.

Conclusion

The site investigation by the investigation staff confirmed that the UK licensed broker of LM doesn’t exist. The surveyors were informed from the website that its purported regulation by FCA with regulation number: 140459 cannot exclude its suspicion of being a clone company misuses, misappropriates or imitates the license of a legitimate broker. Please pay attention to fund safety when choosing the broker.
