Inspection Reason

In recent, investors made phone calls to the surveyor and hope the surveyor to visit more Australia licensed brokers. In order to satisfy investors' requirement, the surveyor went to Australia for a field survey of the broker eForex.

Office

According to the official website of eForex, it is located on Level 2，111 Harrington Street, Australia. The inspection team paid a site visit to the office.

The surveyor found the office building indicated by the regulatory address and walked to the 2rd floor.

Conclusion

The surveyor could arrive on the specific floor and confirm the specific location of the broker but couldn't enter the broker's office. Since it was impossible to enter the office for a field survey, the surveyor couldn't know about the broker's seat number and its operatiion status quo.After the field survey, the surveyor was informed the Australia licensed broker eForex's real office adress and regulatory address  didn't matched.  In terms of license, the broker held a EEA license from FCA which had been cancelled. Please think twice about the above information and then make choice.
