Under the guidance of Google's address, the surveyor found the office building indicated by the regulation address and saw three posters of Nissan posted on the bulletin board outside the building.

The surveyor entered the building and walked to the office of Nissan right at the first floor.

Conclusion

After the on-site survey, the survey confirmed that the actual address of the Japanese broker Nissan is consistent with the regulatory address. Although the broker does not use MT4/5 software, it holds a valid retail forex license issued by the FSA. Such a condition is normal and acceptable.
